Afterward, I promised the participants I’d write up the session. Here it is… a bit later than planned due to vacation. This massage is an extremely soft touch. You can also use this type of touch as foreplay with a loved one. For the optimal effect, the order, speed and intensity are important.
The seven chakras are considered the seven energy points in our body that are important for our life force. This life force plays a significant role in the well-being of body and mind.
Basic rules:
On the back, from the 1st chakra to the 7th (not the other way around).
On the front of the body, from top to bottom, so from the 7th chakra towards the 1st chakra.
Legs should start at, both the front and back position, of the feet towards the 1st chakra.
Work from the side of the body towards the center (lateral to medial) to bring the energy in the body, noet the other way around.
In the center of the palm there is an energetic point, laogong. Energetically it therefore feels more pleasant to perform the caress on the arms towards the palm.

The recipient lies on their stomach with their hands next to their body.
• 1st to 5th chakras in small increments, each time from the tailbone to the nub in the neck and finally to the crown. Extend the part from the nub in the neck to the crown in one motion.
• Shoulder spiral (starting between the shoulder blades and making an increasingly smaller circle)
• Buttocks from the outer edge to the center (buttocks smile)
• Buttocks with all fingertips from the outer edge to the spine
• Arms and hands, side and inside. (innerarm)
• Innerleg, backside and outer leg (starting at the foot)
• For the final caress on the back: Do the inside of the leg, along the seam of the buttocks to the nub in the neck.
• Let a finger rest above the nub in the neck and a finger at tailbone, 1st chakra
• Release both fingers same time
• Allow to recover for a minute and ask to turn
• Face from mid-front along the hairline to chin
• Face from mid-front to chin (3 cm from the hairline, etc.)
• Include ears separately or in the movement of the previous step
• Lip to the hollow of the throat to the sternum
• Collarbone (outside to inside)
• Circle the breasts, gently hold the nipples
• Outer leg (start at the foot)
• Top of leg and inner leg
• Place one hand with light pressure against the perineum and the other hand gently on the heart chakra
